What about Soraia ?

There is a natural sense of balance in the way Soraia approaches yachting.

Thoughtful yet proactive, calm yet engaged, she brings the kind of energy that quietly improves the overall harmony of a crew environment.

Positioning herself within the interior department, Soraia is building her career with maturity and realism.

Rather than rushing toward responsibility too quickly, she is intentionally seeking structured yachts where she can continue learning within a properly staffed interior team.

This measured approach reflects both self-awareness and professional intelligence — qualities particularly valuable in hospitality-driven yacht environments.

Her first onboard experiences already revealed strong operational instincts.

During her time onboard a 32m commercial yacht, Soraïa integrated quickly into the crew environment while progressively gaining autonomy in interior operations.

One detail, in particular, stood out naturally: noticing the lack of structured linen inventory management onboard, she independently created a complete inventory system for sheets and towels, helping the crew identify missing orders and improving day-to-day organisation onboard.

For me, good service is often about anticipating needs before they become problems.

This initiative perfectly reflects her professional DNA: methodical, attentive and solution-oriented.

Rather than waiting to be instructed constantly, Soraia naturally looks for ways to improve onboard organisation while remaining respectful of hierarchy and team dynamics.

Onboard, she brings a warm, composed and adaptable presence.

Her background in tourism and hospitality allows her to understand the importance of personalised guest interaction while maintaining professionalism and discretion.

At the same time, she values versatility and teamwork, preferring dynamic environments where crew members support each other across departments when needed.

Her interest in yachting also comes from a desire for authentic human interaction.

Unlike large-scale hospitality structures where service can become highly standardised, Soraia is drawn to the more personal and refined atmosphere of private and charter yachts, where attention to detail and crew chemistry directly shape the guest experience.

I’m motivated by environments where professionalism and kindness coexist naturally within the crew

Professionally, her objective is clear: continue building solid interior experience onboard yachts between 30m and 40m where she can evolve progressively within a well-balanced team structure.

Over time, she sees herself growing toward senior interior responsibilities while maintaining the versatility and human connection she values most onboard.

Extra Talent

Intercultural Hospitality & Creative Sensibility

Beyond her interior training, Soraia brings a strong intercultural sensitivity shaped through immersive travel experiences, volunteer work and hospitality environments.

Her interest in floral art, table presentation, guest atmosphere and personalised service naturally reinforces her ability to contribute to refined onboard experiences with creativity and care.

Her immersive travels through South Korea outside traditional tourist routes, volunteer missions in Morocco and involvement in community-based activities reveal a profile genuinely curious about people, cultures and human connection — qualities that translate naturally into luxury hospitality environments.

Attention to detail becomes meaningful when it contributes to the comfort and wellbeing of others.

Soraia also brings strong practical hospitality foundations through her training and previous experiences in tourism, reception and customer-facing environments.

Comfortable with housekeeping, service preparation, table setting, wine pairing basics and guest interaction, she combines operational reliability with a naturally empathetic approach.

I believe the best crews are the ones where people support each other while maintaining high standards together

What ultimately defines Soraia is not only her professionalism, but the quiet intelligence with which she approaches progression.

She understands that strong onboard careers are built progressively — through structure, consistency and the ability to integrate positively within a crew over time.

I naturally enjoy creating organised and welcoming environments where guests and crew both feel comfortable

Soraia embodies a new generation of qualified crew members who combine hospitality awareness, emotional intelligence and operational discipline to create meaningful and refined onboard experiences.
